As the largest improvement projects in the airports history, the Green Build will help meet the airport’s current and future demand for travel. With enhanced curbside check-in, allowing passengers to print boarding passes, check baggage and view gate information at easy-to-use curbside kiosk before entering the terminal.

T.B. Penick was an integral part of creating the aesthetics for many of the components of the exterior area for the arriving passengers.    This project has over 175,000 SF of architectural concrete and is comprised of Quarried Stone Finish on the Walkways and Meandering Seat Walls.  The lower level areas have waves of Lithocrete and stained concrete; complemented by rustic tree grates and exposed concrete pre-cast steps.  The new dual-level roadway is used to relieve curb-front traffic congestion by separating arriving and departing passengers.  Two Pedestrian bridges connecting the to the airport, also features Quarried Stone Finish waves created by seeded Lithocrete Paving and Stained Concrete.
